If it were me, all casinos would look like this. At the time I visited it was on the quiet side, I can’t fault the venue for that, as I walked in before the evening really got going. Nevertheless, the casino was in immaculate condition.
In a high tempo start from both sides there were several rushes both ways with neither netminder being troubled. In the 9th minute Madi Dikhanbek carried the puck up ice and his lay off saw a wrister from Michael Cichy go close before Musorov was sprung with a stretch pass and as he went in alone on Whistle he tried to deke the keeper who got a piece of the puck along with the post to prevent an equaliser. The Giants almost doubled their lead in the 10th minute when a rebound from Owen lay in his crease and just as Kyle Osterberg thought he was going to tap it into the empty net Tyler Heidt swept the puck away to safety.

I can’t recall seeing a VIP area, but if memory serves me, there were high-stakes tables to compensate. The quality of the gaming features was impeccable. And I doubted the other Grosvenor Casino will come up with the same high standards.
If your focus is on having a whale of a time and going nuts, then the Grosvenor Casino in Merchant City is the ideal place for you. It has the games, and it most certainly has the slots. If, however, you prefer the quiet time and want a rounder experience, then the Riverboat is the better option.
